He’s an author, a motivational speaker and performance consultant, with global giants such as Nike, World Rugby, International Olympic Committee, UK Sport, the English Premier League, and many more, each benefiting from his formidable coaching mind. Winning from the word go
After graduating from Loughborough University, Ben went into teaching, then became a rugby coach, and here’s where things really took off.
Ben rose through the ranks pretty quickly, and was made Head Coach of England Rugby Sevens in 2007. He took that team to the World Rugby Cup Sevens final in 2013.
Then three years later, he led the Fijian sevens rugby team to Gold at the Rio Olympics 2016. These days Ben has stepped back from the front line of international sport, but he’s still getting the very best out of individuals and teams alike.
